- Understands engineering trade-offs and helps teams make sound product decisions.
- Influences architecture through strong product thinking while balancing scalability, maintainability, and execution speed.
Customer-Embedded Product Leadership
Treats customer deployments as opportunities to improve the product not simply deliver projects.
- Works directly with enterprise customers to understand operational workflows and business goals.
- Navigates enterprise environments with legacy systems, compliance requirements, and organizational constraints.
- Converts implementation learnings into reusable platform capabilities.
- Measures success through customer adoption, operational improvements, and measurable business outcomes.
Influence & Communication
- Builds alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Leadership.
- Produces clear product requirements, decision records, workflow diagrams, and rollout plans.
- Communicates complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Raises the quality bar through thoughtful product reviews, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
Metrics & Continuous Improvement
- Establish outcome-driven metrics for adoption, operational efficiency, quality, and customer value.
- Use product analytics, customer feedback, and operational insights to continuously improve product decisions.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, learning, and measurable impact.
Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years of Product Management experience building enterprise SaaS, platform, or workflow-driven products.
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through production.
- Experience building technically sophisticated products involving APIs, integrations, data-intensive workflows, or automation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence product strategy and engineering direction without direct authority.
- Experience partnering directly with enterprise customers throughout product discovery, implementation, or deployment.
Preferred
- Experience building products for regulated industries such as Mortgage, Financial Services, Lending, Insurance or Healthcare.
- Experience with AI-enabled products, workflow automation, or intelligent decision-support systems.
