What you'll get to do…
- Advance our payment data to reduce more than $100M in merchant fees. Increase the precision and consistency of payment handling across $5.5B in acceptance and $400M in disbursements
- Innovate on GoDaddy managed payment offerings like In Store Credit, GoDaddy Cash Account Credit and Line of Credit
- Drive our payments platform roadmap: Build features from concept to launch to solve customer problems, ensuring continuous optimization while improving speed and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Work closely with engineering, marketing, compliance, and other internal groups. Deliver payment solutions that meet emerging market needs and improve payment success rates
- Monitor emerging trends and regulatory changes: Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and security improvements to ensure compliance and leverage new opportunities
- Establish relationships with global leaders: Partner with payment providers, banks, and FinTech companies to expand payment options and ensure seamless integration with payment processing platforms
Your experience should include...
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management or equivalent capability for an eCommerce web services product
- Experience applying strong business insight and technical vision for a product area to use both technical and operational capabilities to build solutions
- Must be proficient with product management for platform products including web services, API development, and scalable architecture
- Proven track record leading medium to large complex projects in an eCommerce environment
You may also have…
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in STEM field or equivalent applicable experience
- Direct global payments platform product management experience including processor integrations for global and regional providers and recurring payments
- Experience with other Tier 0 transactional services use cases like order management, transaction risk management
- Experience with stored value products like in-store credit, pre-paid credit and working with accounting collaborators
