As a Principal Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping automation-first solutions, embedding AI into day-to-day operations, and delivering secure, scalable Microsoft cloud services. You will work with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies, influence strategic technology decisions, mentor engineers, and drive initiatives that create measurable improvements in efficiency, security, and user experience.

Your key responsibilities as a Principal Engineer:
- Leading the design, delivery, and operation of secure, scalable, and highly automated solutions across Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, Teams, and Power Platform.
- Setting technical direction, engineering standards, and best practices for the Modern Workplace platform while providing hands-on technical leadership.
- Collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and product owners to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and operational improvements.
- Designing solutions aligned with Zero Trust principles, security policies, and compliance requirements.
- Driving the resolution of complex technical incidents through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and the implementation of proactive monitoring and self-healing capabilities.
- Mentoring engineers and championing automation, cloud innovation, and continuous improvement across the engineering community.
You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Principal Engineer:
- You will have 10+ years of experience designing, delivering, and supporting Microsoft and cloud solutions at scale, including significant experience in a senior technical leadership role.
- You will possess expert-level knowledge of PowerShell, Power Automate, Graph API, Azure Policy, Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and automation-first engineering practices.
- You will have deep expertise across Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, and Teams, including governance, integration, and security.
- You will demonstrate a successful track record of delivering low-touch, automated solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- You will bring strong knowledge of cloud security, scalability, reliability, DevOps, CI/CD practices, and the ability to lead complex technical initiatives collaboratively.
