What will you be doing?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Presales Engineer to join our growing Sales team. You will effectively deliver technologically advanced presentations and demonstrations to Navarino’s customers and support business development plans.

In this role you will:

• Carry out product technical presentations to customers together with the support of the Account Manager
• Act as technical advisor and consultant towards the customer
• Support customers with the design of a product or service
• Determine and offer, together with the Account Manager, the technical solutions that best meet the needs of our customers
• Support customers when they onboard with our technical products and services
• Deliver necessary training sessions regarding Navarino’s solutions- both to customers and internally
• Cooperate with marketing department and campaigns
• Maintain and update marketing material on technical solutions
• Attend and support customer events and present as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
• A strong passion for technology
• Excellent communication skills
• Well organized and high attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong presentation skills
• Stress tolerance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English language
