We're hiring on behalf of our client — a remote-first product company building and scaling a portfolio of profitable B2C subscription products for the US market across SaaS, AI-powered solutions, and consumer web and mobile applications.
Each product operates as an independent business with its own product, engineering, and growth teams. The company moves fast, relies on data, and focuses on building sustainable growth engines rather than chasing short-term wins.
The role
Our client is looking for a hands-on PPC Specialist with deep expertise in Google Ads to manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns across their portfolio of subscription products.
This is a highly hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who lives inside Google Ads day to day — building, testing, and optimizing campaigns at a granular level. You'll work closely with the founder, who is deeply experienced in performance marketing, as well as with the team's Data Engineer on tracking, reporting, and optimization.
What you'll own
Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across multiple B2C subscription products
Continuously optimize campaigns for key metrics: CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, ROMI, LTV
Run structured A/B testing across keywords, ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing pages
Monitor account health, budget pacing, and campaign performance daily
Work closely with the Data Engineer on tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy
Stay on top of Google Ads policy changes, platform updates, and best practices
Collaborate with the founder on strategy and campaign direction
We're looking for someone who
Has hands-on experience running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for B2C digital products
Has experience in B2C SaaS, AI-powered, or consumer subscription businesses
Deeply understands Google Ads account management, compliance, policies, and the platform's unwritten rules
Is comfortable working with data — Excel / Google Sheets / SQL — and making decisions based on performance metrics
Has experience with subscription-based or recurring revenue products, ideally for the US market
Is detail-oriented and enjoys being deep in campaign-level execution
Communicates fluently in English
Nice to have
Experience with Bing Ads
Background in performance-driven companies in the subscription / mobile app space
Experience working closely with data/analytics teams on tracking and attribution
