About the role:
You'll lead a global team of Full Stack Engineers building the platform at the heart of Unframe's AI solutions.
You'll own the team's technical execution, help scale both the platform and the team, and work cross-functionally to deliver capabilities used across multiple enterprise deployments.
This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on technical excellence, team growth, and platform ownership.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Drive the design and implementation of core AI building blocks, backend services, and frontend components.
- Own platform-wide features such as user management, multi-tenant abstractions, and solution dashboards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, AI, and Solutions teams to ensure the platform meets business and technical goals.
- Define and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and system architecture.
What we are looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
- Background in AI/ML, LLMs, or prompt-based applications.
- Proven ability to design scalable APIs, services, and reusable UI components.
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend and backend frameworks (e.g. React, Node.js, Python, etc.).
- Experience building platforms or working in complex, multi-solution product environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with design systems, multi-tenant architecture, or enterprise-grade platforms.
- Familiarity with backend performance optimization, observability, and database design.
