Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Director for an outpatient physical therapy office in Front Royal, VA. This role is designed for a licensed PT who enjoys helping patients make progress while also supporting the team behind that care. You will lead clinical services, assist with daily clinic organization, and help maintain a respectful, efficient environment where patients feel heard and staff have the direction they need.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage outpatient physical therapy services and clinical workflow
• Evaluate patients and identify treatment goals
• Provide physical therapy treatment for pain, injury, weakness, and mobility concerns
• Guide clinical staff on treatment planning and patient progress
• Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Assist with patient flow, scheduling needs, and care coordination
• Maintain professional standards for care delivery

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Outpatient physical therapy experience required
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Clear communication skills and a steady leadership style
