Physical Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a Physical Therapist for an orthopedic outpatient clinic in Deerfield Beach, FL. This PT-owned office offers a flexible schedule, full benefits, and a patient pace of 2 patients per hour.

The Physical Therapist will help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, pain, and movement challenges through evaluation, treatment planning, skilled therapy, and education.

Responsibilities

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and progress assessments
• Build treatment plans for orthopedic and outpatient rehab patients
• Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training
• Help patients improve movement, stability, strength, and independence
• Teach home exercise programs and recovery strategies
• Modify treatment plans as patients progress
• Document care clearly and consistently
• Coordinate with PTAs and team members as needed

Requirements

• Current FL PT License
• DPT or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong communication skills
• Interest in orthopedic outpatient practice

Benefits

Compensation and Schedule

• Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience
• Schedule: 4-day workweek or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour
• Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office
