Position Details

• Role: Physical Therapist
• Clinic Type: PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office
• Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour
• Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience
• Schedule: 4-day workweek or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Benefits: Full benefits package

Daily Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine appropriate plans of care
• Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, and general musculoskeletal cases
• Help patients improve strength, range of motion, balance, mobility, and function
• Provide manual therapy and therapeutic exercise instruction
• Reassess patient progress throughout the plan of care
• Communicate clearly with patients about goals and expectations
• Complete accurate clinical documentation
• Provide direction to PTAs when appropriate

Requirements

• Florida Physical Therapist License
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation
• Reliable clinical judgment and patient communication skills
