Physical Therapist

Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Position

We are looking for a Physical Therapist to provide hands-on care for patients working through pain, injury recovery, mobility challenges, and post-surgical rehabilitation. This role is centered on evaluating each patient’s physical needs, creating treatment plans that make sense for their goals, and helping them make steady progress through movement, education, and guided therapy.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Evaluate patients and identify strength, mobility, balance, and function concerns
• Develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and functional movement support
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when needed
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safe movement habits
• Document evaluations, treatment notes, and progress updates accurately

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Clear communication and patient education skills
• Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred, though not required
