About the Role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for a PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Boca Raton, Florida. This role supports the Physical Therapist by helping patients complete therapy activities, improve mobility, and work toward their recovery goals.

The clinic treats 2 patients per hour, giving the PTA time to stay involved and attentive during each session.

Quick Details

Salary: $60K–$70K per year, based on experience
Schedule: 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office
Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour
Clinic: PT-owned

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment based on the PT’s established plan of care
• Lead patients through exercises, mobility drills, and functional movement tasks
• Assist with balance training, gait work, stretching, and strengthening
• Monitor patient tolerance and safety during treatment
• Communicate patient updates to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Support patients with exercise form and home program instructions
• Document treatments in a clear and timely manner
• Assist with clinic flow and treatment room preparation

Requirements

• Current Florida PTA License
• PTA Degree required
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply
