Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000/year DOE

Job Summary
We’re seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide direct treatment support in an outpatient setting. The PTA will assist patients with exercises, mobility training, and therapy activities based on the Physical Therapist’s plan of care. This position is best suited for someone who enjoys patient interaction, steady clinic routines, and being part of a treatment process that helps people return to everyday activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment support based on established care plans
• Assist patients with exercises, stretches, and therapy activities
• Observe patient performance and report progress
• Maintain accurate notes for each treatment session
• Help patients understand proper form and safety
• Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and ready

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Active New Jersey PTA license
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
