Bilingual Physical Therapist Assistant | Full-Time

We’re bringing on a Spanish-speaking Physical Therapist Assistant to support a growing outpatient practice. This position gives you the chance to work closely with patients, assist with hands-on therapy activities, and help create a smoother treatment experience for people working through pain, injury, or mobility challenges.

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Schedule: M, W, F 8:00 AM-6:00 PM | T, Th 9:00 AM-2:00 PM
Patient Volume: 1 patient an hour
Salary: $65,000-$75,000/year DOE plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Assist with patient care during treatment sessions
• Guide exercises and therapy routines
• Monitor patient progress and share updates
• Keep documentation accurate and current
• Communicate clearly in Spanish when needed

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Active Florida PTA license
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Spanish speaking required
