As a Specialty Pharmacy Liaison / Pharmacy Technician, you will serve as the single point of contact for specialty pharmacy patients, helping them navigate complex therapies while delivering an exceptional patient experience.
In this highly visible role, you will:

Assess patient needs and provide ongoing refill support

Coordinate specialty medication deliveries
β
Resolve insurance, prior authorization, and copay challenges
β
Monitor medication adherence and patient outcomes
β
Collaborate with pharmacists, providers, clinic staff, and healthcare teams across the continuum of care

Help ensure patient concerns are resolved quickly and effectively

Required Licensure & Certification
β Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of employment required
β National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) preferred, but not required
Experience
β 2β5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience required
β 5β8 years preferred
Education
β High School Diploma or GED required
