About the Role
Drive our People Operations transformation
Lead the assessment and optimisation of our People technology stack, including HRIS and vendor evaluation, helping consolidate multiple tools into a simpler, more scalable ecosystem while overseeing implementation and integration.
Build scalable People foundations
Review, document and improve core HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring our operations, documentation and policies are structured, compliant and built to support a growing international organisation.
Lead strategic People projects
Support key initiatives including our company-wide levelling and compensation framework, geographic salary bands, manager enablement programmes and hybrid working model, partnering closely with leadership to deliver lasting organisational improvements.
Improve documentation, automation and operational efficiency
Take ownership of reorganising and maintaining our People documentation in Notion, identifying opportunities to automate manual workflows using AI and modern tooling, and creating systems that reduce operational overhead.
Partner with managers and the wider People team
Work alongside our People Operations and Workplace teams to provide pragmatic HR guidance, improve manager capability, support People programmes, and help embed best practices across the business.
About You
Significant experience across People Operations and HR Business Partnering
7+ years working within People Operations, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering or HR Generalist roles, ideally within fast-growing startups or scale-ups where you’ve helped build processes from the ground up.
Strong operational and project management skills
Comfortable leading multiple complex workstreams simultaneously, bringing structure to ambiguity, improving existing processes, and delivering projects from discovery through implementation.
HR technology and systems expertise
Experience evaluating, implementing or optimising HRIS platforms and People technology, with a strong understanding of the wider HR tech landscape and an interest in automation and AI-enabled workflows.
Strong knowledge of European HR practices
Experience working across European employment practices and compliance, ideally with exposure to French employment law, payroll operations or multi-country HR environments.
Structured, proactive and solutions-oriented
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, able to identify gaps before they become problems, propose practical solutions, and confidently take ownership without needing constant direction.
Excellent communication skills
Able to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business, communicate clearly with both managers and employees, and balance operational excellence with commercial pragmatism.
If you think you have what it takes but don’t meet every single point above, we’d still love to hear from you.

3–4 days per week with flexibility around working patterns.
Hybrid working
Based in Paris with regular office collaboration alongside flexibility to work remotely.
