We are currently seeking passionate Per Diem Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware.

What You’ll Do
As an Early Intervention OT, you will:
- Partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style
- Empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development
- Deliver therapy in natural environments — homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more
- Use electronic documentation for each visit
- Complete weekly scheduled visits
What We’re Looking For
- Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred
- Passion for family-centered, community-based care
