Compensation

About the Role
As a Patient Scheduling Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients seeking treatment through USA Clinics Group. You will help patients navigate services, answer questions, schedule appointments, and support ongoing patient engagement efforts.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
- Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Educate patients regarding services and appointment expectations
- Follow up with prospective and existing patients
- Navigate scheduling systems and patient databases
- Follow communication scripts and established workflows
- Assist in patient retention and engagement efforts
- Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual Candidates Strongly Encouraged

No Healthcare Experience Required
