We’re looking for an exceptional part-time Front Desk Associates (FDAs) to join our dynamic team at Myo Brentwood! As one of the first faces our clients see, you’ll play a key role in delivering an elevated, seamless experience that keeps them coming back.
 
📍 Myo - Brentwood (11611 San Vicente Blvd, Los Angeles, CA)
 
💡 The ideal candidate is available to work 2 shifts/week
 
Below are the available shifts we are hiring for (2-3 shifts flexibility between AM/PM — 1 weekend availability)
  • Monday PM: 1:00 PM – 8:15 PM
  • Wednesday AM: 6:45 AM – 1:45 PM or Friday AM: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
  • Sunday: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM (required)
 
FDAs will bring energy and hospitality to a clinic known for its vibrant community and expert care. You’ll help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly, support our clinicians, and ensure every client feels welcomed and empowered.     • What You'll Do

  • Deliver exceptional, on-brand client service across phone, in-person, and written communication
  • Guide new clients through Myo’s services with clear, confident messaging
  • Manage and optimize clinic schedules, bookings, and waitlists
  • Accurately handle billing, claims, invoices, and client documentation
  • Keep the clinic clean, stocked, and running smoothly day-to-day
  • Support client follow-ups, marketing efforts, and business-driving initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions

  • 1+ year in customer service or hospitality
