What you'll do

●        Meet with warm, pre-qualified families in their homes — working your territory on your schedule.

●        Run the full sales cycle: present, close, and follow up using our CRM.

●        Represent a product with genuine purpose — protecting families' assets and legacies.

What you earn

●        Commission only, paid weekly — your earnings reflect your effort and closing ability directly.

●        Typical weekly income: $1,650–$2,550+. Top producers earn significantly more.

●        Monthly performance bonuses averaging $900–$1,200+.

What you bring

●        At least 3 years of successful outside, in-home, or direct-to-consumer sales experience.

●        A proven track record of closing — you hit targets and you know how to finish.

●        Backgrounds in final expense, home improvement, solar, financial services, or insurance translate directly.

●        Comfortable using a CRM and basic technology to manage your pipeline.

●        Reliable personal transportation — daily in-home visits are the core of this role.

●        Must reside in the state where you are applying.
