At Cap Juluca, A Belmond Hotel — a two Michelin Key (2025) resort and part of the LVMH family — every meal is an opportunity to create magic. We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Outlets Manager with exceptional wine expertise to lead both these iconic outlets.

- Elevate Guest Experiences: Ensure seamless, personalised, and Forbes Five-Star service in both Pimms and Cip’s.
- Champion Wine Excellence: Leverage advanced wine knowledge for recommendations, pairings, and driving premium sales.
- Lead Operations: Oversee daily service, pre-shift briefings, and operational flow to ensure flawless execution for both distinct restaurant concepts.
- Inspire Your Team: Coach, train, and motivate a diverse F&B team in luxury service, menu knowledge, and beverage expertise.
- Protect the Brand: Uphold the unique identity and standards of Pimms' Caribbean elegance and Cip’s Italian warmth.
- Drive Financial Performance: Monitor revenue, control costs, and identify opportunities to enhance profitability.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of progressive luxury F&B leadership experience (hotels, resorts, fine dining).
- Advanced wine knowledge; formal certification (WSET, CMS, AIS, FISAR) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sommelier, Assistant Sommelier, or in a wine-led restaurant environment is a strong asset.
- Deep understanding of Forbes, LQA, or similar luxury service standards.
- Exceptional floor presence, communication, and team leadership skills.
- A natural host with a genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to manage distinct concepts and drive both guest satisfaction and financial results.
- Island, resort, or international experience preferred.
