Role: Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator

Monthly Rate: $1250-1600

Availability: Part-time/Full-time - 40 hours/week

Requirements

Experience Needed:

- Manage inventory and stock movements through CIN7. 

- Coordinate production planning and forecasting with manufacturing partners. 

- Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts. 

- Manage retailer portals including Walmart Supplier One, Retail Link, Item 360, Amazon, UNFI, and KeHE. 

- Oversee EDI transactions (850s, 855s, 856s, 810s, etc.).

 - Coordinate freight, warehouses, and 3PL providers. 

- Track purchase orders, shipments, and deliveries. 

- Prepare weekly inventory, supply chain, and operational reports. 

- Identify operational issues and implement solutions quickly.

- Support retailer compliance and chargeback management.

Good to have:

- Experience with CIN7, EDI, Shopify, Walmart, Amazon, or retailer portals.

- FMCG, food, beverage, consumer goods, logistics, or supply chain experience.

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, supported by advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong overall execution and reliability in task delivery

Industry/Tools Experience:

-Cin7, EDI, Shopify, Walmart, Amazon, or retailer portals.
