The Office & Operations Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day office operations and cross-functional administrative support, partnering closely with HR, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance. The role ensures smooth office management, employee support, vendor coordination, and operational excellence.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage daily office operations, supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships.
  • Support Finance with invoices, payments, and budget tracking.
  • Own onboarding logistics for new employees and manage HR administrative processes.
  • Coordinate employee wellbeing initiatives, gifts, recognition programs, and office events.
  • Manage Wolt at Work budgets and employee experience activities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, store managers, external vendors, and government authorities.
  • Monitor operational processes, prepare reports and presentations, and support ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate company vehicle administration, store documentation, and operational compliance tasks
