About The Role

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, the Office Manager & Executive Assistant plays a critical role supporting members of the Executive Team while ensuring the smooth operation of Journey Beyond’s Adelaide Head Office. This position combines high-level executive support with leadership of office facilities and workplace experience initiatives.

This role is available on either a full-time basis or part time (0.8 FTE) for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide high-level administration support to members of the Executive Team, including but not limited to scheduling meetings and events, managing travel arrangements and processing expenses
  • Assist in managing and coordinating special projects or initiatives as assigned by the Executive
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Office & Café Supervisor, ensuring office and café facilities and services are of a high standard
  • Ensure the office is run efficiently and effectively, with proactive management of any issues that may arise
  • Manage relationship and services with facilities providers to ensure the smooth operation and presentation of the Head Office and Satellite Office
  • Support engagement within office facilities through the delivery of monthly staff engagement activities with the Café team

About You

You are an experienced Office Manager and/or Executive Assistant with a proven ability to support senior leaders in a fast-paced environment. Highly organised and detail oriented, you possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable working with executives, team members and external stakeholders. You demonstrate a high level of professionalism, discretion and integrity when managing confidential information, along with strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in project management will be highly regarded, along with your flexibility to travel if and as required.
