Position Summary
The NX Compliance Ops Associate supports the daily operations of the Compliance team by
maintaining accurate documentation, assisting with compliance workflows, supporting audits and
reporting activities, and partnering with operational leaders to ensure adherence to internal policies,
regulatory requirements, and organizational standards. This entry-level role plays a key part in
promoting compliance excellence, maintaining data integrity, improving operational efficiency, and
supporting continuous process improvement across the organization.
Core Responsibilities
• Execute daily compliance-related tasks and operational support activities.
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation and records.
• Support internal audits, reporting, and compliance tracking initiatives.
• Monitor compliance workflows and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Assist with policy adherence and operational compliance processes.
• Generate reports and support leadership with compliance-related data.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure compliance standards are maintained.
• Maintain data integrity across compliance systems and reporting tools.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within compliance operations.
• Follow established compliance procedures and documentation standards.
Requirements
Education Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Health Information
Management, Public Health, Compliance, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.
• Coursework or certification in healthcare compliance, quality assurance, healthcare
administration, or regulatory compliance is a plus.

Benefits
FT position with a base pay of 23.50 per hour. All part-time and full-time employees accumulate PTO, based on the number of hours worked (per year). All part-time and full-time employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan. Full-time employees may also participate in medical, dental, vision, and/or supplemental insurances.
