What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with experienced professionals to develop exciting new potato products from concept to shelf.
• Get hands-on with product trials, sensory testing, and quality checks that ensure every product meets our high standards.
• Help capture and share insights through detailed documentation and progress reports.
• Work cross-functionally with Production, Marketing, and Technical teams to bring innovations to life.
• Spot trends and contribute fresh ideas that keep Albert Bartlett at the forefront of the market.

Requirements

• Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field.
• A genuine passion for food innovation and new product development.
• Keen attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• A proactive mindset with a hunger to learn and grow.
