We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Nails Substitute Teacher to join our educational team. In this role, you will step in as needed to provide instruction in nail technology, ensuring that students continue to receive a high-quality education in the absence of their regular teacher. Requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid Cosmetology License and Nail Technician License in the state of Indiana.
• Must possess a valid Beauty of Culture Educator License in the state of Indiana.
• Prior experience in the nail industry with a demonstrated skill set is required.
• Teaching or substitute teaching experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to student success and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
• Flexibility to work on an as-needed basis, with availability for various shifts.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
