About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career HR professionals who are passionate about recruitment and eager to build a career in talent acquisition. You will receive hands-on training while supporting end-to-end recruitment activities for local and international hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare and post job advertisements across various hiring platforms.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and hiring decisions.
• Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining hiring metrics.
• Support other Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in BBA (Human Resource Management) or an equivalent HR-related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment or HR experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job portals will be an advantage.
• Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
