Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute advertising monetization strategies across the mobile app portfolio.
• Drive revenue growth through optimization of ad placements, formats, mediation, bidding, and waterfall configurations.
• Monitor and optimize key monetization KPIs including eCPM, ARPDAU, ARPU, Fill Rate, Match Rate, and Ad LTV.
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests to improve monetization performance and user experience.
• Analyze user behavior and revenue trends to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics teams to integrate monetization best practices.
• Evaluate and onboard new ad networks and mediation partners.
• Build dashboards and provide regular revenue performance reports to leadership.
• Stay current with industry trends, privacy regulations, and platform policy updates.
• Ensure compliance with Google Play and App Store monetization policies.
• Mentor team members and promote monetization best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in mobile app or game advertising monetization.
• Proven experience managing ad monetization strategy and revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem, mediation platforms, and ad networks.
• Hands-on experience with Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX, LevelPlay (IronSource), or similar platforms.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with BI tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
