Rate: £17.20 - £27.32 per hour

 What will your responsibilities be?

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the medical team.
• Assist with gastric tube insertion and feeding.
• Utilize restraint and head hold techniques when necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

 Qualifications and Experiences:

• Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in a relevant setting (within the last 12 to 18 months).
• PMVA or MAPA certificate.
• Proficient in restraint and head hold techniques.
• Experienced in gastric tube insertion and feeding.
