Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed or developing mental health professionals
• Support case review, treatment planning, documentation, and ethical decision-making
• Offer clear feedback that helps supervisees grow professionally
• Maintain supervision records according to applicable state requirements
• Help promote quality supervision through Gotham’s Find a Supervisor platform

Requirements

• Active Alabama clinical license in good standing
• Eligible licenses may include LPC, LMFT, LICSW, or other approved independent clinical license
• Must be qualified or approved to provide supervision under Alabama board requirements
• Prior experience supervising counselors, therapists, or clinical social workers preferred
