The Role

The Media Platform Specialist works closely with internal stakeholders to support campaign operations, platform management, and data analysis, applying a broad understanding of digital advertising technologies to solve operational challenges and support business objectives.

This role serves as a key contributor to the organization's media operations, leveraging expertise across advertising platforms and technologies to ensure campaigns are executed effectively, operational challenges are resolved efficiently, and reporting requirements are successfully delivered

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the setup, management, monitoring, and troubleshooting of media platforms and advertising technologies.
  • Assist internal teams with campaign delivery, platform requests, issue resolution, and operational support.
  • Extract, analyse, and interpret platform data to provide clear insights and recommendations.
  • Manage and monitor tracking solutions, including Conversions API (CAPI), tracking pixels, and Mobile Measurement Partners such as AppsFlyer and Adjust.
  • Support testing, quality assurance, and validation of campaign configurations and platform implementations.
  • Help improve operational processes, documentation, and best practices to increase efficiency and service quality.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising, media operations, ad operations, campaign management, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ad Manager.
  • Understanding of digital advertising concepts, including ad serving, targeting, tracking, reporting, and campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working with reporting tools, spreadsheets, and platform-generated data.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

It’ll Be a Bonus If…

  • You have experience with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, X Ads, Snapchat Ads, or similar technologies.
  • You have exposure to programmatic advertising, audience activation solutions, or social advertising platforms.
  • You have experience with reporting, automation, AI-powered tools, or emerging advertising technologies.
