The people you’ll like to work with and things you'll enjoy impacting:
As a MarTech Specialist reporting to the MarTech Lead in our Customer Data & Technology team, your purpose will be to help manage, govern, and maintain our core backend marketing automation environment. You will actively protect the platform from operational decay through the following high-level areas:

  • Managing the day-to-day backend administration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next across global Business Units.
  • Executing the upcoming end-to-end technical platform migration from Iterable to Marketing Cloud Next.
  • Configuring, validating, and QA testing automated customer journeys and data-driven workflow logic.
  • Supporting smooth audience activation data paths between Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Next.
  • Proactively monitoring workflows and troubleshooting unexpected configuration or data automation failures.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engagement or Next preferred).
  • Experience building or supporting customer journeys and campaign workflows.
  • Familiarity with audience segmentation and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and operational accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of CRM and customer data concepts.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
