About this Marketing Specialist B2B - Cairo, Egypt role at DeepSource Technologies
We are looking for a results-driven B2B Marketing Specialist with proven experience generating qualified leads for IT services companies. This role is focused on building a predictable pipeline of business opportunities across the MENA region by targeting technology decision-makers such as CTOs, IT Directors, CIOs, CISOs, and Procurement Managers.
The ideal candidate understands how to combine outbound and inbound marketing strategies to generate measurable business opportunities—not just website traffic or social media engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies for IT services.
- Build targeted campaigns aimed at enterprise decision-makers across the MENA region.
- Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and support their conversion into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns using LinkedIn, email marketing, webinars, content marketing, SEO, paid advertising, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
- Create compelling messaging tailored to different buyer personas.
- Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Optimize landing pages, lead magnets, and marketing funnels.
- Track campaign performance and continuously improve ROI through data analysis.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing opportunities within the IT services market.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within an IT services, software, cloud, cybersecurity, or digital transformation company.
- Proven success in generating qualified B2B leads.
- Experience marketing to enterprise technology decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and lead nurturing.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn campaigns, email outreach, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
- Experience targeting customers across the MENA region is highly preferred.
