Marketing Operations Coordinator

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Fullmer Consulting, operating under the DPA Summit brand, is a fast-growing education and consulting company specializing in distressed real estate investing, curative title strategies, and real estate coaching. We're hiring a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our Marketing Department at our Alamo Heights office in San Antonio.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're growing fast, and our marketing team is growing with us. You'd be the third coordinator on a team led by our Marketing Manager, alongside two other coordinators already in seat. This isn't a role where you're building a department from scratch, the infrastructure and team are already here. What we need is someone sharp enough to absorb it quickly and start pulling real weight within their first few months, with a clear runway to take on more responsibility, and more pay, as they prove it out.

THIS ISN'T A TRADITIONAL MARKETING ROLE

We are not looking for years of marketing experience. We're looking for an A Player with exceptional attitude, high aptitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to learn quickly. If you enjoy solving problems, learning new technology, building systems, and taking ownership, we'll teach you the marketing.

No previous marketing experience is required. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build and optimize marketing funnels and landing pages
  • Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns from planning through execution
  • Learn and operate CRM, AI, marketing automation, and new software platforms
  • Track KPIs and maintain weekly marketing dashboards
  • Assist with Meta advertising, webinars, email marketing, and content scheduling
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and customer communications
  • Improve marketing systems, processes, and operational efficiency
  • Work with the sales team to improve lead generation and campaign performance

Requirements

WHO YOU ARE

  • A recent graduate from a strong school with a high GPA, we value academic performance and raw ability over years on a resume
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • High aptitude, with the ability to learn new programs, platforms, and systems quickly
  • High bandwidth, comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a bias toward execution
  • Coachable, dependable, and accountable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, aggressively growing company

THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS ROLE

You're early in your career, but you've never needed someone standing over your shoulder to figure things out. Maybe that showed up as a demanding course load you managed without missing a beat, a leadership role you took on outside the classroom, or a job you picked up fast without much training. You don't need marketing experience because you've already proven, somewhere, that you learn quickly and follow through on what you own. You want to be around people who move fast and expect a lot, and you're ready to prove you belong on that kind of team.

LOCATION

This is a fully on-site role at our Alamo Heights office in San Antonio, TX. There is no remote or hybrid flexibility for this position, and candidates should be local to San Antonio or ready to relocate before starting.

Benefits

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • $60,000 base salary to start, with room to grow
  • PTO
  • Health insurance, with 50% of the employee premium paid by the employer
  • This is a fully on-site role at our Alamo Heights, San Antonio office
