We are currently looking for a motivated and outgoing Marketing & Content Specialist (Truck Sales) to join our Truck Sales team in Brampton, Ontario. This role combines customer-facing sales with creative marketing initiatives to promote our truck inventory and generate new business opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, following up on sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and creating compelling content that showcases our inventory across various social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities
- Prospect for new customers and grow existing customer relationships to achieve truck sales objectives.
- Follow up promptly with inbound leads received through phone calls, emails, website inquiries, and social media platforms.
- Qualify customer needs and recommend suitable truck and trailer inventory.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through outbound calls, emails, networking, referrals, and social media outreach.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, including product presentations, negotiations, financing coordination, and closing sales.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to help position inventory effectively.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to promote the company's Truck Sales division and generate new business opportunities.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Promote truck and trailer inventory across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging photos, videos, reels, and promotional content showcasing available inventory and company updates.
- Maintain an active social media presence by planning and posting content on a regular basis.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Respond to customer inquiries received through social media channels and online platforms.
- Keep online truck listings updated with accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality photos.
- Monitor the performance of marketing activities and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the Truck Sales team to develop creative ideas for promoting inventory and upcoming promotions.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is considered an asset.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong interest in both sales and social media marketing.
- Proven track record of sales ability will be very useful.
- Must be flexible and able to work on multiple quotes simultaneously.
- Comfortable creating content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable speaking with customers both in person and over the phone.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Experience in the trucking, transportation, automotive, or heavy equipment industry is considered an asset.
- Valid G driver's license is considered an asset.
