About this Marketing Associate (External Staffing Agency) role at The National Football League
The NFL is seeking a Marketing Associate to support the Global Brand and Consumer Marketing team. This position will support the development and execution of multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns for NFL Tentpoles and Media properties (NFL Draft, Kickoff, Super Bowl, Combine, Schedule Release, Tune-In priorities etc.) as well as NFL Brand marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate is a strong communicator, works well under pressure, adapts easily to shifting needs, maintains confidentiality, is well-organized, exceptionally detail oriented.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with creative marketing and marketing channel leads to ideate, develop, and execute integrated marketing plans. Specific duties include:
- Coordinate with internal teams and media agencies to help execute marketing campaigns. Request and manage campaign creative deliverables, ensuring assets are delivered and trafficked to stakeholders on time.
- Assist with the development and execution of integrated marketing plans across paid, owned and partner media.
- Analyze multiple data sources to support, implement, and report on different creative and audience targeting tactics. Present insights across multiple teams.
- Build comprehensive planning and recap decks to capture full integrated plan, including key KPIs, visuals, research, partner support and data points.
- Build thorough, well-researched campaign marketing briefs, creative briefs, and strategic frameworks.
- Help manage external partner relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 1-3+ years of integrated marketing experience required. Experience in sports or entertainment is a plus
- Proactive, resourceful and a self-starter
- Skilled in PowerPoint especially visual and concise information presentation and Excel
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable addressing and presenting to large groups

Terms / Expected Hours of Work:
- 6-month ongoing contingent role, business needs based position
- Full-time, typically 40 hours per week, onsite in NYC. Additional hours may be required based on operational needs.
- This job posting is for a position with one of the NFL’s third-party agency partners that provides services to the NFL. The individual selected for this role will be an employee of that third-party agency and not the NFL. All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency. The assignment to provide services to the NFL will be limited in duration but may be extended for an additional period by agreement between the NFL and the agency.
Salary / Pay Range
