Job Purpose:

The Market Research Senior Manager at Hyde Park Developments will lead the market research function, providing strategic insights to support decision-making and drive the company’s growth in the real estate sector. This role involves managing and executing comprehensive market research projects, analyzing trends, and delivering actionable recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of market research activities including designing research methodologies, managing data collection, and analyzing market trends.
• Develop research briefs and ensure alignment with Hyde Park Developments’ strategic goals.
• Manage relationships with external research agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality and relevant market insights.
• Conduct competitive analysis, consumer segmentation, and industry benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
• Translate complex data and research findings into clear, concise reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Monitor and report on market dynamics, customer needs, and emerging trends in the real estate industry.
• Drive innovation in market research approaches, including the use of new technologies and data analytics techniques.
• Ensure research projects are conducted within budget and timelines, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Mentor and develop the market research team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 8-10 years of experience in market research, with a significant portion in the real estate or property development industry.
• Proven experience in managing market research projects and leading a team.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and tools.
• Experience working with external agencies and managing multiple research projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in market research software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop staff.
