As a Manager based in Athens you will:
- Participate in business planning on behalf of the clients
- Prepare and update market trends, competition and investment analysis
- Conduct financial and economic analysis for various hospitality companies and properties
- Prepare feasibility studies and develop economic models
- Communicate effectively with all clients
- Prepare and present presentations regarding strategy and market research to the clients
Requirements
What we need for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, or a related field
- Master’s Degree MBA or a relevant master's degree can be an advantage, especially in strategic management or hospitality
- Previous Experience of at least 10 years of relevant experience in advisory roles, consulting, or managing projects in these industries
- Good knowledge of financial management, budgeting and profitability analysis
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to develop and implement long – term strategies align with market trends and business goals
- Excellent command of Greek and English language
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Certifications membership in industry organizations or in finance, project management, hospitality / tourism management can be advantageous
