Job Title & Role Description:

We are seeking a Manager, Clinical Applications Solutions to lead the design, development, and optimization of end-to-end clinical workflows within our various Clinical Applications, with particular emphasis on our Electronic Health Record (EHR) AthenaOne. This leadership role, reporting to the Director, Clinical Applications and Product Development, will manage a team of Clinical Applications Solutions Specialists and serve as a strategic partner to Clinical, Operational, and Product teams.

This role will function as the process development and application subject matter expert arm of the Clinical Applications team—ensuring that workflows are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business priorities while delivering an exceptional clinical user experience.

Skills Required:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 4–6 years working with Electronic Health Records, preferably AthenaOne
• Experience in clinical workflow design, process improvement, or clinical informatics
• Experience managing teams or leading cross-functional initiatives
• Demonstrated success driving operational or clinical technology improvements

• Technical & Regulatory Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, MIPS, HEDIS)
• Expertise in EHR workflows, configuration, and optimization
• Familiarity with integrating or evaluating third-party healthcare technologies, with a strong emphasis on AI tools supplementary sources of patient data

• Skills:

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with clinical audiences
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process design capabilities
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills aligned to business goals
