We are looking for a AI & LLM Engineer for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Technology department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

Requirements

What Makes You Special?

• Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience building production applications that integrate large language models
• Skilled in prompt engineering designing, testing, and iterating on prompts to reliably standardize LLM outputs for real product use cases.
• Experience integrating LLMs into existing systems: API orchestration, RAG architectures, and connecting models securely to internal/external data sources.
• Technology-agnostic mindset you choose the right model or tool for the problem rather than committing to a single provider or stack.
• Proficiency in a modern programming language (Python, TypeScript, or similar) and comfort working across the full stack to ship features end to end.
• Practical understanding of LLM behavior latency, cost/token tradeoffs, hallucination risk, and how to design around them in production.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams to identify where LLM powered features create real value.
• You actively use AI coding assistants in your own workflow and bring that fluency to how you build.

What Will You Do?

• Design, build, and ship LLM-powered features directly into Wingie Enuygun Group's products, serving millions of travelers across 165 countries.
• Integrate LLM APIs into existing infrastructure, building robust pipelines for prompt management, retrieval, and response handling.
• Continuously test and refine prompts and workflows to improve accuracy, consistency, and cost-efficiency in production.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to scope and prioritize high-impact AI use cases across the business.
• Monitor and optimize model performance, latency, and token costs for real-time, customer-facing applications.
• Stay current with the fast-moving LLM landscape and quickly evaluate new models/tools for applicability to our product.
• Contribute to internal AI tooling and best practices that help other teams adopt LLM capabilities effectively.
