About this Line Cook - The Dusty Boot Saloon & Dance Hall - Staff Housing Available role at Banff Hospitality Collective
We’re currently seeking Line Cooks to join our team at The Dusty Boot! The Dusty Boot Saloon & Dance Hall, the home of fancy cocktails, cold beer, western grub and live music in downtown Banff. A dressed-up saloon in a dressed-down cocktail lounge featuring weathered wood, warm leather, the glow of neon, and the sweet sound of boots on the dance floor. Bar games, cowboy karaoke, billiards and a chef-driven menu (served until 10 pm). Saddle up and settle in. Must be whisky drinking age, 18+. Want to know more? - Earn up to $30.50/hr in summer (Wage $19.00–$23.50/hr + average tips of $4–$7/hr)

What You'll Do:
- Preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring standards are being met
- Work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team members to ensure a seamless service
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Assist with training new team members as required
What You Have:
- No culinary experience? No problem! We'll have you cooking like a pro in no time
- Fast food or culinary experience is an asset
- Strong work ethic and great communication skills
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
