Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services for clients seeking help with mental health and life challenges. You will conduct virtual sessions, complete clinical assessments, guide clients through treatment goals, and document care in a professional and timely manner.

• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide remote therapy services to clients using a secure telehealth platform
• Assess client concerns, symptoms, strengths, and treatment needs
• Build treatment plans that support realistic client goals
• Provide therapy for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, and related issues
• Complete progress notes and required clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment focus as needed
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in all client interactions
• Coordinate with appropriate care resources when clinically necessary

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida
• Previous experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
• Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
