Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Summary

This full-time remote position is for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is ready to provide therapy in a telehealth setting. The role focuses on meeting with clients virtually, understanding their concerns, creating thoughtful care plans, and helping them make steady progress. You will work with clients from a private remote workspace while maintaining the same clinical standards expected in a traditional therapy setting.

Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients for remote therapy appointments
• Provide clinical support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, stress, and relationship challenges
• Complete intake assessments and gather relevant psychosocial history
• Build treatment plans that reflect client goals and clinical needs
• Maintain organized and timely documentation
• Monitor client safety and follow appropriate reporting or escalation procedures
• Use telehealth systems, online documentation tools, and secure communication platforms
• Uphold state licensing requirements, confidentiality rules, and ethical standards

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active New York LCSW license in good standing
• Previous clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
• Strong documentation and clinical assessment skills
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload with professionalism and care
