Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Summary

We are looking for an LCSW to provide virtual behavioral health care to clients in a remote setting. This role is focused on providing therapy, completing assessments, identifying treatment goals, and supporting clients as they work through mental health concerns and day-to-day challenges.

You will use your clinical training to help clients understand patterns, build coping skills, and work toward healthier outcomes through consistent telehealth sessions.

Employment Details

• Location: Boca Raton, FL
• Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
• Position Type: Full-Time
• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to clients through telehealth
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and clinical intake sessions
• Develop clear treatment plans with measurable goals
• Support clients managing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, stress, and relationship concerns
• Complete required documentation after sessions
• Identify client risk factors and follow appropriate safety protocols
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
• Participate in care coordination when needed

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida
• Previous experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
• Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
