Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

In this role, you will provide therapy through secure virtual sessions while keeping the experience personal and professional. Clients may be working through grief, trauma histories, anxiety, depression, life pressure, relationship concerns, or major transitions. The position is listed in New Haven, but the daily work happens through a secure virtual care model. If you value clear boundaries, thoughtful sessions, and steady caseload management, this role has room for that.

Responsibilities

·        Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and care updates

·        Use clinical social work skills to connect emotional needs with practical next steps

·        Maintain accurate documentation and follow professional care standards

·        Use sound clinical judgment when referrals or additional support may be needed

Requirements

·        Active Connecticut LCSW license in good standing

·        Comfort using telehealth tools, electronic documentation systems, and remote client communication

·        Strong assessment skills, ethical judgment, and ability to manage a full-time caseload

·        Ability to support clients with both emotional concerns and practical life stressors

·        Clear writing skills and a reliable private workspace for virtual sessions
