This remote LCSW position is centered on providing therapy to clients who need steady support, practical tools, and professional guidance. You will work with clients through virtual sessions, complete clinical assessments, document progress, and support treatment goals over time.

Job Information

• Location: Sarasota, FL
• Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
• Position Type: Full-Time
• Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy sessions for individual clients
• Complete intake paperwork, assessments, and clinical evaluations
• Create treatment plans and revise them based on client progress
• Provide support for emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns
• Help clients identify coping strategies and next steps in care
• Keep clinical records accurate, organized, and timely
• Follow HIPAA rules and state licensing standards
• Use secure telehealth systems for client sessions and documentation

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida
• Previous experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
• Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
