Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Summary

This remote LCSW position focuses on providing steady, professional therapy support to clients through virtual sessions. You will work with individuals who need help managing emotional stress, relationship concerns, major life changes, anxiety, depression, and other mental health needs.

The role includes client assessments, treatment planning, ongoing therapy, documentation, and follow-up care. You will have the structure of a full-time position while working in a telehealth environment designed for accessible mental health support.

Position Overview

• Location: Miami, FL
• Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Pay: $115,000–$120,000 annually with full benefits
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using a secure platform
• Complete clinical evaluations and gather relevant psychosocial history
• Develop treatment plans that reflect each client’s goals and needs
• Provide evidence-informed therapy for common mental health concerns
• Document sessions, updates, treatment progress, and care notes accurately
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
• Support clients with coping skills, emotional regulation, and practical care goals

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Florida
• Previous experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
• Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professional standards
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for virtual sessions
