Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits

Job Summary

We are hiring an Indiana-licensed LCSW to provide therapy in a remote telehealth setting. This role centers on direct client care, including scheduled video sessions, intake assessments, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and ongoing support for clients working through personal and mental health challenges.

You will help clients understand what they are experiencing, build coping tools, and take realistic steps toward improved emotional well-being. This position is well-suited for a clinician who is confident working independently, comfortable with virtual care, and able to create a professional and supportive space through video sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
• Complete intake evaluations and ongoing clinical assessments
• Develop clear and appropriate treatment plans
• Help clients address anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and adjustment concerns
• Maintain organized and timely clinical records
• Review client progress and revise treatment plans when needed
• Use sound clinical judgment when managing safety concerns
• Provide referrals for additional care or higher levels of support when appropriate
• Follow confidentiality, compliance, and licensing requirements

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Indiana
• Previous clinical therapy experience required
• Experience with telehealth services preferred
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
