Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and support the negotiation of various contracts (advertising, licensing, employment, etc.) and execute legal reviews of digital platforms to be used by the company (including legal reviews and negotiating terms and conditions, and the privacy documentation of digital platforms).
- Monitor, analyze, and implement PRC compliance, advertising, and other relevant regulations.
-  Provide legal support to departments company-wide, as well as legal advice to support easier decision-making and operational activities on the Chinese market. 
- Manage various activities in the field of personal data protection (including PIPL and other privacy regulations in place in PRC), advertising, employee data protection, and other fields.
- Review and prepare internal acts needed for the operation and local compliance of the company, including GPID documentation and other relevant documentation in accordance with the needs of the company.
- Collect and prepare data and documentation for the authorities.
- Coordinate and cooperate with external contractors and legal experts.
- Administer the process of approving and signing contracts, as well as other legal documents.
- Monitor compliance with regards to internal acts and external regulations.
- Participate in projects, provide legal assistance in various fields of the company's operations, and collaborate with other departments. 
- Monitor legislation and standards, and manage any activities necessary to ensure internal compliance.
- Manage local corporate governance and company administrative matters as per the operational needs of the company and its related companies.

- 审核、起草并协助谈判各类合同，包括但不限于广告、授权许可、劳动用工等合同。

- 对公司拟使用的各类数字平台开展法律审查，包括平台条款（Terms & Conditions）、隐私政策及相关法律文件的审核与谈判。

- 持续关注、分析并推动中华人民共和国（PRC）关于合规、广告监管及其他相关法律法规的落地实施。

- 为公司各业务部门提供法律支持及专业法律意见，协助业务团队在中国市场高效开展运营并做出合理决策。

- 负责个人信息保护相关法律事务，包括《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》（PIPL）及其他中国隐私法律法规，同时支持广告合规、员工个人信息保护等相关工作。

- 起草、审核及更新公司内部制度、政策及运营所需法律文件，包括 GPID 相关文件及其他合规文件，确保满足公司运营及本地合规要求。

- 根据监管部门要求，收集、整理并准备相关资料及法律文件。

- 协调并管理外部律师事务所、法律顾问及其他专业服务机构的合作。

- 负责合同审批、签署流程及其他法律文件的管理工作。

- 持续监督公司内部制度及外部法律法规的执行情况，确保公司保持合规运营。

- 参与公司各类项目，为不同业务场景提供法律支持，并与各部门保持密切合作。

- 持续跟踪法律法规及行业标准变化，推动公司内部合规体系持续完善。

- 根据公司及关联公司的运营需求，负责本地公司治理（Corporate Governance）及相关公司行政法律事务。

What we are looking for

- Good knowledge of and experience with contract drafting and negotiations, compliance work, and privacy regulations in PRC.

Required Education, Experiences and Skills
- University law degree.
- Five years of experience (minimum) working as a legal counsel or other comparable position in the legal profession (preferably in the gaming industry).
-  Good knowledge of compliance (including privacy laws and regulations) and the advertising field.
- Good knowledge of English and Chinese legal terminology.

- 法学本科及以上学历。

- 至少 5 年法务顾问或相关法律岗位工作经验；具有游戏行业或互联网科技行业工作经验者优先。

- 熟悉企业合规体系建设，包括个人信息保护、数据合规及广告相关法律法规。

- 熟悉中英文法律术语，能够独立处理英文合同及法律文件。

- 具备较强的合同审阅、法律分析、风险识别及跨部门沟通协调能力。

- 具有国际化企业、跨国公司或涉外法律事务经验者优先。
