Lead UX Designer

Role Overview

As a Lead UX Designer at Glance Pvt Ltd, you’ll drive the visual strategy for our platforms, ensuring stunning, consistent interfaces for millions of users. With accountability and hustle, you’ll lead a team of UX designers, execute bold visual visions, and align designs with Glance’s mission of delivering delightful experiences.

• Visual Strategy Leadership: Define and execute a cohesive visual strategy, taking ownership of design excellence.

• End-to-End Execution: Oversee UX design from concept to implementation, hustling to deliver impactful visuals.
